June 2009 Devon County Councillor for Barnstaple North to Residents of Windsor Road
Following the visit Mair Manuel and I paid to Windsor Road earlier this week I thought that a follow up letter would be helpful to respond to some points you raised with us.
Mair and I have kept in touch with the Planning Officer and we understand that a report will come to the Planning Committee in July or August.
