We refer to our letter of 18th April and to your reply of 2nd June 2009.
Whilst the Residents Group we represent are mindful that material was moved from one part of the owner's site to another, the waste transfer was from one planning unit to another and we do not believe this gave the owner entitlement to tip in an unlicensed manner.
