Re: North Devon District Council and the Democratic Process
Thank you for your letter of 16 March 2009 to MP for North Devon in respect of the above issue.
As far as I am aware this is a matter of enforcement or amendment to an existing S106agreement and there is no current application for planning permission in respect of this site. If this is correct the Secretary of State is unable to intervene or call-in this matter.
