8_9_2009 Complaints Officer to WRRG
Thank you for your complaint received 3rd September concerning your letters of 5, 15 & 25 June which "remain unacknowledged and unanswered".
The Council's Planning Manager will investigate your comments. In accordance with the Council's Complaint Procedure, which allows 15 working days for a response to be made; a response will be posted out to you by 24 September.
