20_2_2009 WRRG to All Residents
A grateful thanks to all residents who responded to our request for letters in support of our Ward Members in their request to NDDC that the application for development in Bradiford Valley be put before the Planning Committee for a decision, and not be decided by Executive Delegated Powers behind closed doors. You will be very pleased to know that in the region of 150 letters of objection/support on behalf of our Ward Members were sent to NDDC.
We have been asked many times by Residents "what is the present position of the application for development within Bradiford Valley?
Following a phone call to the Case Officer, Planning Department NDDC ...
the application will be presented to and determined by the Planning Committee
... unable now to confirm that the application was going to be put before the Planning Committee.
