re: Notification of an application to modify a planning obligation under Sectionn 106A of the T & CP Act 1990 relating to applications 24680, 26309 and 28206

As you are aware negotiations are ongoing with the applicant over the content of a revised layout and maintenance schedule for the agricultural land at Scotts Moor.
I am hopeful of securing significant biodiversity and landscape character improvements.
In response to your request for specific documents I can inform you that:
i) the Council has not received a revised layout and maintenance schedule on which to carry out further public consultation
ii) Consultee responses, such as those from Devon Wildlife Trust, will be made publicly available when the application is re-advertised.
