16_2_2009 WRRG to Landscape & Countryside Officer, NDDC
We acknowledge receipt of your letter dated 4th February 2009.
As you are the Countryside Officer and having made reference to "impact on ecology" could I please draw your attention to our letter to the Complaints Officer dated 23 December 2008.
We informed in our letter to the Complaints Officer of the 23rd December the presence of bat boxes and that this ares is a recognised bat habitat, as reported in the Environment Agency's appraisal report.
