Thank you for your letters of 23 December 2004, 5 & 12 January 2009, I have noted the contents.
Your letter to the Complaints Officer received 24 December 2008 .....is classed by the Council as a "Request for Service" RFS)
As the Complaints Officer advised, your letter was forwarded to our Environmental Health and Housing (EH & H) Department as they deal with fly tipping and bonfire activity queries. I am sorry you have not received a response from them regarding this and have sent another copy today for their information and response
In reference to your request for a map, I have sent a copy of your letter to the Planning & Development Department for them to respond to you
