Please accept my apologies that I have not provided you with a detailed response more quickly. I am sorry that you remain dissatisfied with the Council's position in relation to the concerns that you have expressed over the ongoing maintenance of the land that is subject to a Section 106 agreement and that some of your correspondence has not been formally acknowledged.
