Thank you for your letter of 26th January 2009 ( no mention of letter dated 23rd December 2008)
I apologise that due to the Development Control Manager's heavy workload commitments since Christmas, particularly with regard to wind farm applications in the District and the consequential change in case officer at Scotts Moor from him to Andy Jones, a response to your letter of 23rd December 2008 was overlooked.
In response to your second paragraph, this was an informal meeting to enable the Ward members to familiarise themselves with the situation at Scotts Moor following the acquisition of the site by the new owner. No minutes were made of this informal meeting.
With regard to your third paragrap, I assume you are referring to the time delay between you receiving the neighbour notification letter of 22nd December 2008 and the site notice being erected on 9 January 2009.

In the case of 47817 this was delayed by the Christmas holiday, before being resolved on 9th January 2009.
