At our meeting at the home of Maurice Brailey on 1st July you did, I recall your saying you wished to be kept abreast of ongoing developments and to this avail I am enclosing copies of two letters written to the Planning Authority. While they relate largely to matters raised after Mr Brailey's formal complaint to the Ombudsman, they may, by way of background information assist in finding a solution to the current impasse.
