Re: Notification of an application to modify a planning obligation under Section 106A of the T & CP Act 1990 relating to applications 24680 26309 & 28206

Since application 47817 was presented on the 22nd December 2008 the area has been silent, calm and tranquil, as required for the area in the S106 Agreement.
However, on Monday 23 March substantive groundwork and activity began again and has continued within the S106 area, with alterations to the existing layout and work carried out such as tree pruning, tree clearance, scrub and undergrowth clearance in Areas 2, 3, 5, 8 and 9 including the spreading of subsoil and planting of variegated holly (Ilex altaclerensis) in part of area 5.
As activity has continued within the S106 area, we remaind deeply concerned that no further information about the modification application has been forthcoming.
