5_1_2009 WRRG to Complaints Officer
We remain concerned at your reply.
You are fully aware that your reply did not mention that the letter was in fact a formal letter of Complaint about a bonfire/burning at the eastern end of the S106 Area.
Although you indicate that our letter was in regards to "fly tipping" the word "fly tipping did not occur anywhere in our letter.
Your reply would suggest that you received a letter solely about "fly tipping" which is misleading and incorrect.
