7_1_2009 WRRG to All Residents
We request your urgent help in providing a letter of objection to North Devon District Council by this Monday 12th January 2009 to the application detailed in the letter attached, so that the claims contained in the application can be openly judged by the Planning Committee of NDDC and not by delegated powers that are going to be used (unless there are sufficient letters of objection from Residents this will happen).
I am sure that many of you will remember that our Ward Members invited all residents of Windsor Road to attend a meeting at the Civic Centre on the 15th March 2007 in response to our concerns relating to Scotts Moor and the planning concerns in view of protecting the Bradiford Valley.
Unfortunately, North Devon District Council have now removed the wildlife corridor contained with this valley.
This modification 47817 if passed, will make it virtually impossible for us as Residents to re-instate the wildlife corridor status that afforded protection not only for the wildlife but also to us as Residents from developments and activities in the Bradiford Valley area.
