I refer to your letter of the 19th May 2009 to Head of Service for Environmental Health & Housing Services and to your reference to earlier correspondence dated 18th April 2009.
I must advise that within the North Devon Council, responsibility for waste disposal issues is vested with Head of Service for Waste and Recyling and not Head of Service for Environmental Health and Housing Services.
I have forwarded a copy of your letter and trust that he will respond to your comments in due course.
