We have evidence of controlled waste being tipped at the Bio-diversity Site over many years but, as we understand it, you were not consulted until 2007 when it became evident that the then owner was spreading building waste across the water meadow with part having entered the stream.
The Group is now wanting a formal investigation into the Agency's failure to take appropriate action to safeguard the Bradiford Valley Biodiversity area.
