We act for the Windsor Road Residents Group who has for some time been concerned about unauthorised tipping of controlled waste at Scotts Moor, Bradiford. The first infringement involved the deposit of road surfacing materials in the area edged green on plan, the second involved tipping of builders' waste over the area coloured yellow and the third again involved deposit of builders' waste on the bank of the stream, part having spilled into the watercourse
