12_1_2009 WRRG to Complaints Officer
We remain concerned that you have not acknowledged our letter of the 5th January 2009Further to our formal complaint of bonfire/burning on Monday 8th December 2008 we again inform you that unauthorised bonfire/brning has occurred on Friday 9th January 2009 at the eastern end of the above site.
Also we remain concerned that having requested in both of our previous letters, we have still not received the plan (provided by this Group) of the S106/Flood Plain on which we requested that you mark the areas in which this bonefire/burning is allowd under the terms of the Second Schedule of the S106 Agreement.
