Further my acknowledgement letter of 30th October 2009 I have now discussed the matter with the Planning Manager and I am happy to advise you that the taking of further enforcement action has not been discarded as stated in your letter, but that it has been decided that formal action would not be expedient until such time as the application to vary the existing 106 agreement has been considered by the Council's Planning Committee.
