2_3_2009 WRRG to Environmental Protection and Emergency Planning Manager
We note that you were not advised of our service request, as indicated in the Complaints Officer's letter to this Group of the 24th December 2008, and that you have had to carry out an investigation as to why this has happened.
Could you please inform us of why this happened and the Department concerned as this is not given in your apology for such.
We also note that you make reference only to one letter of the 23rd December 2008. In fact another letter was sent on the 5th January 2009 and a further letter of complaint was sent on the 12th January 2009 concerning more burning that occurred on Friday 9th January.
We also thank you for confirming that the Planning Department of NDDC "will respond to our concerns". As of today's date we have heard nothing from them.
