I refer to your letter dated 15th June 2009 acknowedging receipt of Admin Support Officer's letter dated 11th June 2009, and enquiring why the Admin Support Officer was entering correspondence with you.
I attach a copy of a letter sent to you on 4 June 2009 by the Admin Support Officer and your response dated 8th June 2009. The Admin Support Officer's letter of the 11th June 2009 was purely in response to your letter of the 8th June 2009, and does not specifically relate to the detail of the application currently before the authority ref no 47817.
You should now be in receipt of a letter from the Case Officer in respect of the application.
