We acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 16th December 2008.
We do not consider that the reply provided the open information that we required to consider an offer of a meeting as requested by you.
We note your penultimate paragraph that the owner is to be allowed a revised application to vary the terms of the section 106 obligatiobn.
We request that this Group is provided with a copy of the Minutes of the Meeting that took place on the 30th July 2008.
