We remain concerned that our letter of the 15th April 2009 has not been properly acknowledged.
We have now received a third notification of this applicaton 47817. Within the first paragraph of this notification reference is made to "your recent letter", which is unclarified.
If this refer to "your recent letter" is to be taken as a reply to our letter of the 15th April 2009 requesting information from you concerning this application, then this is totally unacceptable and gives us great concern as to whether you in fact have any influence or control of this application.
