Thank you for your letter of 11th April 2009 with plan attached. I apologise for the delay in replying.
1. It is our understanding that the land in the ownership of the above property is partly domestic and partly wildlife area, and "corridor" associated with the Bradiford stream.
2. I can confirm that in our opinion there is no formal boundary (but a natural one) between where the domestic garden ends and the wildlife area begins.
3. The edge of the indicative flood plain roughly follows your green line, not the heavy yellow one.
