The Windsor Road Residents Group has forwarded to me a copy of the Case Officer's letter of 9th October. Whilst I agree that representations concerning the outstanding application to modify the S106 agreement should be directed to the Case Officer, there are several related matters that demand action higher up the chain and it is for this reason that we have directed certain parts of our correspondence to you and to the Head of Planning.
