re: Application 47817 Modifications to Section 106 Agreement - Scotts Moor, Bradiford
..we represent the Windsor Road Residents Group whose interests are directly affected by activities on the Biodiversity Site at Scotts Moor.
In our letter of 10th January we put forward a tabulated list of infringements, many of which involved development requiring planning permission. These developments are unauthorised and absence of formal applications has meant that local residents have had no opportunity to comment.
As you are aware the S106 agreement was put in place to ameliorate the effects of incursions permitted for the present owner's predecessor and was held out, by North Devon District Council to be the mitigating factor that justified the policy departure.
