You request that the map that you attached to earlier correspondence is marked to show "the areas in which this bonfire/burning is allowed under the terms of the Second Schedule of the Section 106 Agreement".
In response the Section 106 Agreement is silent on the issue of the setting of bonfires. I would hope that from a nuisance viewpoint and in terms of impact on ecology, such events are rare. However, I confirm that no controls exist under the Planning Act in relation to this.
