We are aware of the contents of the S106 Agreement and that you are not a signatory to this agreement.
In terms of the Scotts Moor Property could you please confirm that the Environment Agency's understanding of such is that the property consists of two designated areas namely:
1. the private domestic curtilage
2. the S106/ Flood Plain
