We acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 17th July and note that our complaint is receiving attention.
We enclose a copy of our letter dated 20th July sent to the Landscape & Countryside Officer and await the formal report.
We are horrified and outraged, that today further misuse of the (S106) Water Meadow/Biodiversity Area has occurred with a very large marquee now having been erected on the mown oblong area referred to in our previous letter of the 13th July.
In addition a large mobile toilet facility has been placed in the area.
