I refer to your recent letters which were received by this office o the 27th Jauary 2009. I regret to advise you that this is the first I knew of your concerns. I would make the following comments in response to your letter and your complaint about service:
1. the Environmental Health & Housing Service was not advised of your service request. I have investigated why this happened and have been assured by the department responsible that it will not happen again...
