I write further to your letter of 8th June 2009. Firstly, please accept my apologies for not giving sufficient identifying detail in my letter of 4th June.
Your letter, referred to in my reply was dated 25th May 2009 received by the Council on 3rd June and addressed to the Case Officer for this application.
Secondly I have spoken to the Case Officer and he is in the process of preparing a substantive response to your letter.
