We represent the Windsor Road Residents Group who has, through its spokesperson Maurice Brailey, been actively campaigning for the protection of this part of the Bradiford Valley since the incursion threatened by the development of Scotts Moor became manifest over ten years ago.
A similar application submitted by the previous owner was entertained by the Planning Authority despite its invalidity. This appliction was refused.
In view of the level of public interest engendered, call-in would be in the public interest.
