9_1_2009 Paul Foggo & Co Ltd to Devon Wildlife Trust
We have been speaking with Mike Alcock of North Devon District Council concerning land north of Windsor road, Bradiford, which is recognised as part of a corridor for the movement of wildlife, being part of a link between the Taw and the nationally recognised SSSI further upstream. We understand that on adoption of the Local Plan in 2006, the designation was modified and areas such as this were, from here onwards, to be subject to Policy ENV8 concerned specifically with biodiversity.
