This is a formal request from our Group and on behalf of the Residents of Windsor Road and other interested parties.
That you, our Ward Member holding such entitlement, bring application 47817 before the Planning Committee, NDDC, and not allow this application to be resolved by the use of delegated powers.
In that:
1. The claims contained and applied for in this application can be openly judged by the Planning Committee
2. That Residents can be afforded democratic representation on matters that NDDC have stated in written evidence give direct effect and concern to Residents in this area.
