We acknowledge safe receipt of your letter of the 8th December together with enclosure.
We will be reverting to you shortly on the contents of same, but in the meantime would advise that this Group did not receive the Planning Liaison Officer's letter of the 30th May 2008. If such letter had been received we would have certainly responded to the same.
