Re: Notification of an application to modify a planning obligation under Section 106A of the T & CP Act 19990 relating to applications 24680 26309 and 28206 in respect of improving and enhancing the layout of the field to maximise the benefit to local wildlife at Scotts Moor, Bradiford.

We are deeply concerned that our letters of enquiry dated 15th and 27th April 2009 remain unanswered - copies attached.
Your utter silence is highly questionable and gives the impression of "bias" and a lack of "transparency".
As you are well aware, we seek your assurance that the modification application 47817 will be only considered by the Planning Committee and that the original representations made by local residents will remain extant.
