re: Scotts Moor, Bradiford, Barnstaple - Regularity of the Mowing
In view of the statement made to this Group and further to our letter of the 5th June we once again write to inform you that mowing has taken place on Friday 12th June, contrary to the terms of the S106 Agreement within Area 8 and Area 5. The previously mown trackways have again been reduced to short lawn grass, the cuttings have again been tipped at various locations within Area 5.
