Complaint pump noise etc and grass cutting
WRRG/Solicitor - Planning Manager NDDC
Give specific dates and times of disturbance from repeated mowing in restricted areas.
Complain pump has been running continuously 24 hours a day for 14 days as of the date of this letter.
"2 days after the owner informed Environmental Health Officer the pump would be switched off on the 16th June 1999"
