Your letter of the 24th January 2008; WRRG's letter of 29th January 2008; your letter 31st January 2008
The Council is charged with:-
1. Failing to carry out the NDDC Complaints Procedure in that no response has been given to WRRG's formal complaint of the 21st January 2008 for over three months
2. Failing to provide WRRG with progress/follow up reports within the stipulated time frame laid down in the Customer Services Charter for Complaints
