We acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 30th January 2008.
We remain concerned that you have not acknowledged our letter of the 10th November 2007 and you have still not provided:
(a) the authorative letter that proves Bradiford Water is now classed as a Non Main River
(b) any authority for the tipping of waste onto the flood plain/wildlife corridor at Scotts Moor.
Your reply dismisses and denigrates the comprehensive and detailed evidence provided by us as requested by you in your letter of the 14th August 2007 concerning these matters.
You have also provided us with a third description concerning this tipping which you now describe as "the site owner's landscaping contractor endeavouring to address the unacceptable features created by the previous owner".
