We cannot accept your contention or advice allegedly given to you by the Local Government Office (LGO) that the complaints are debarred from consideration because of a "12 month" rule which does not even feature in your own Customer Services Charter dated 1st April 2003.
Our case for the proper investigation of Complaints 1 - 7 rests on the following factors:
1. We can only be guided by the policies you publish in your Charter for us to followe - there is no mention of complaints having any time-bar
2. A synopsis of these complaints is attached as Annex A (2004) Annex B (2005) and Annex C (2006)
We now expect you to evaluate the evidence we have provided and investigate these complaints as laid down in your Customer Services Charter dated 1st April 2003
