31_1_2008 Complaints Officer to WRRG
Your letter of the 24th January (our letter was in fact dated the 29th January) was passed to me as it expressed dis-satisfaction regarding services provided by North Devon District Council. As your comments referred to NDDC Planning Services I have asked the Planning Manager to investigate them and respond to you.
