We acknowledge receipt of your phone call of yesterday Tuesday 3rd June and your indication that you are to meet the Development Control Manager this Thursday 5th June with reference to your requiring an up date on the Scotts Moor situation.
We assume that you have seen the Planning Manager 's letter to us dated 15th May 2008
As our Ward Member we would expect that, at the least, you would have the good grace and be prepared to check on our concerns about the management of the Wildlife Corridor.We are equally disgusted that you appear to have already distanced yourselves from taking a balanced view of the important issues at Scotts Moor. To have relinquished your powers to a Council Executive is shameful, unethical and undemocratic.
