NOTE within 5 days of the letter with photos (5th March 2007 to Planning Manager) being sent Mr B C Greenslade is leafleting all residents in Windsor Road on Saturday 10th March) WRRG has never been contacted by Mr Greenslade concerning these matters (to which he has been privy) in writing or verbally since our unanswered letter to him of the 22nd March 1999. - eight years ago.
All residents invited to meeting at the Civic Centre, Barnstaple on Thursday 15th March 2007 to discuss issues at Windsor Road and "especially planning concerns re-adjacent Scotts Moor" - "the active participation of residents will be helpful"
