30_6_2005 Customer Services NDDC to WRRG Ref: CS/JT/Windsor/05
The current position is that the applicant has been requested to revise his proposals. If this is done then the Planning Manager has confirmed that residents will be re-notified. If the applicant does not, it is likely that the application will be refused and the Legal Services Manager will be instructed to commence legal action for non compliance with the Section 106 Agreement.
