4_8_2003 Location Plans submitted with application for timber shed(submited 27-5-2003)
shows a layout in the Wildlife Corridor/ Flood Plain at Scotts Moor that does not comply with the layout as required under the S106 Agreement ,The Second Schedule.Request Ward member Mrs M Manuel to investigate.Following visit by Planning Officers to Scotts Moor ,they report back to Mrs Manuel "that things are not as they should be".
