APART FROM YOUR REPLY TO OUR LETTER OF THE 12TH APRIL 2008 YOU HAVE NEVER REPLIED TO ANY OF OUR GROUP'S PREVIOUS LETTERS SENT PERSONALLY TO YOU SINCE 6TH APRIL 2006 (PUBLIC FILE)
You will know that you are about to commit a grave offence of duplicity by usurping the formal powers granted to the Councillors.
We will also no longer accept that you are their spokesperson, you have no mandate to do so.
However, we are totally confident that we are able to substantiate our claim that you have had ample time and opportunity to consider the evidence.
For the sake of clarity and to prove beyond doubt we enclose a copy of our aerial photograph dated the 8th June 2007 which identifies 42 breaches of the S106 Agreement.
However, if you do so, you know full well that you have been threatened by the Owner that he will take you to court.
On the other hand you could fudge and create an illegal "alternate" management plan which does not have the authorised backing of the Council or the Planning Committee
