15_3_2007 Meeting at Civic Centre, Barnstaple with Ward Members and Planning Officers
WRRG declined to speak on the subject of Scotts Moor as we were in correspondence already on the matter with the Planning Department and awaiting a reply from them. Although the Planning Manager was present and could have afforded our group the opportunity to engage in discussions by answering our concerns in open forum, he did not. A site meeting was proposed for the next day 16th March 2007. Our Group was not invited.

WRRG requested to the Planning Manager, and he assured us verbally that Ward Members visiting the site would be given the Second Schedule of the S106 Agreement to be able to compare layout of the Wildlife Corridor at their site meeting on 16th March. This request was ignored, only Mr A Barnett had plans of the area at the site meeting (confirmed by our Ward Member Mrs M Manuel)
