29_1_2007 WRRG to Planning Manager

Informed Planning Manager considerable groundworks are bieng carried out with heavy plant/other machiner across western part of Wildlife Corridor.
We considered that they had ample evidence to take enforcement action.
We conclude that you have absolutely no intention whatsoever of enforcming the full terms of the S106 Agreement.
