Reply to letter of 10th April from Planning Manager
We would never be party to "fudging" such an important issue which is subject to a legally bind agreement.
We will also not be coerced to attend an open ended meeting which has no legal or formal standing.
We consider that you still have a legal obligation with the appropriate evidence to take "enforcement action" now following the refusal of the modification 38814 and invalid appeal.
Ref; Our letters illegal activity in Wildlife Corridor dated 6th and 22nd April; 3rd July; 23rd September (all 2006) and 29th January, 5th March and 2nd April (all 2007).
Finally we judge that you are perverting the just cause for safeguarding the Wildlife Corridor (not meadow) as evidenced in the Development Plan 2001 - 2016 the adopted North Devon Local Plan and the emerging North Devon Plan (revised deposit)
